BRN Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken  

Serves 6

·          

·         1.50 tsp(s), Kosher Salt

·         0.50 tsp, ground, Black pepper

·         1 tbsp, Extra Virgin Olive Oil

·         1 tbsp, Spices, chili powder

·         1 tsp, Garlic powder

·         1 tsp(s), Spices, onion powder

·         1 tsp (1.8 g), Spices, oregano, dried

·         14 fluid ounce, Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes

·         2.50 g, Paprika

·         1.5kg, Chicken Breast

Method

Place all ingredients into crock pot or slow cooker and let sit Chicken slowly cooked through and soak in all moisture and cooked through.  Shred apart with forks when complete and serve with dash of lemon or lime for flavour.
