I have done 2 fight preps with Big Red’s Nutrition and have had nothing but positive experiences and most importantly awesome results! Katie is extremely knowledgeable and works with you to create a plan that suits your body, lifestyle and goals. She also takes pride in her work and makes herself available for you to ask any questions 24/7. The meal plans are easy to follow and there is an insane amount of recipes that makes it super to hit those weekly targets. Not to mention they all taste great. You won’t find any boring food on the menu. Whether you’re looking to perform in fight camp, lose some weight or just get on track with a healthy diet I cannot recommend Big Red’s Nutrition enough.

Katie from Big Red's Nutrition is an absolute pleasure to work with.
I used her for my last MMA bout as i was undertaking a massive weight cut. She managed to get me from 80kg to 66kg in around 8 weeks. Not only did i make the weight, but she had me performing way better than i was before just from eating the right things at the right time.
Ill be using Big Red's Nutrition for all my fights from now on.
