What We Outline:
Gym challenges have previously been about how to lose the most weight possible. Unfortunately, this means that people then fall into the Yo-Yo Diet cycle which causes a plethora of issues!
Why Steer Clear of Diet Culture?
Diet culture, whilst it can be lucrative for gym owners in the present moment, unfortunately, that’s all you get. We find that with no support for clients post-workshop, and no real goal setting for clients to succeed in the future, membership retention goes down, and they're left with a negative impact from your challenge!

This workshop is designed to be interactive and light, yet educational. You will leave with the knowledge & tools of Nutrition, and how to start using food as your best tool for energy, rest & recovery.
You’ll gain insight into mental health tools you’ll be able to use in everyday life to ensure you aren’t spiralling into a whirlwind of self-doubt and negative body image.
Then finally you will leave with an ENTIRELY NEW WAREDROBE based on your styling session with the team, the understanding of what styling clothes work or you, and what colours make your style pop.
